Snow Machine has revealed its second lineup drop for 2026, adding five new artists to its Queenstown return from 8th - 13th September, 2026. The alpine festival continues to build momentum with a focused update, as demand remains high following the sell out of first release packages.

Leading the additions are Australian hip hop heavyweights Hilltop Hoods, joined by UK chart-topper Example, Keli Holiday, The Katayanagi Twins and Trials. The new names complement an already stacked lineup featuring Chet Faker, Kanine and Ninajirachi, further strengthening the festival’s cross-genre appeal.

Set across eight stages spanning the main arena and on-mountain après locations, Snow Machine blends music with adventure in one of the world’s most scenic destinations. From slope-side parties to late-night sets, the event continues to deliver a unique mix of skiing, snowboarding and live performances.

Snow Machine 2026 announces Hilltop Hoods, Example and more ahead of 8th - 13th September in Queenstown.

Snow Machine has officially unveiled its stacked line-up for Queenstown 2026, confirming a triumphant return to New Zealand’s alpine capital from 8th - 13th September, 2026. Celebrating its fifth edition, the boutique winter festival will once again transform Queenstown into a high-altitude playground of music, snow sports and après parties, delivering five days of on-mountain chaos across eight unique stages.

Leading the charge is Chet Faker, joined by electronic heavy-hitters Ninajirachi, Restricted, Kanine, Nora En Pure and Orkestrated, alongside local favourites including Illy, Savage, Scribe and Sunset Bros. Sets will run day and night from 10th - 12th September, with ski runs turning into dancefloors at Coronet Peak and The Remarkables before the party descends into the Snow Machine Main Arena after dark.

Blending a premium snow holiday with a multi-day music festival, Snow Machine’s appeal lies in its freedom to choose your own adventure. Festival-goers can carve powder by day, rave at alpine après stages, or dive into a packed program of side events including the Bungy Launch Party, Polar Bare ski challenge, Street Party and Poof Doof Drag Brunch.

With less than two weeks to go, Snow Machine 2025 has officially released its full set times—giving fans the chance to start planning their epic week of ski slope parties, alpine après and late-night dance floors. The festival takes over Queenstown, New Zealand from 9th to 14th September, transforming the stunning alpine region into a snow-covered playground of music and adventure.

This year’s edition boasts an electric mix of international headliners, local legends and genre-bending acts. Highlights across the six-day schedule include a NZ exclusive performance from Amyl and The Sniffers, high-energy sets from Luude, Netsky, and What So Not, and a signature time-travelling party courtesy of Hot Dub Time Machine. House favourite Claptone and alt-pop star Mallrat round out the stacked lineup.

Snow Machine’s unique format sees stages spread between mountain-top locations, central Queenstown venues and surprise pop-ups. From day sessions on the slopes to après-ski throwdowns and club nights, each set time has been carefully curated to suit the rhythm of the mountain.
