Returning to the stunning Cockatoo Island/Wareamah on Sunday, 4th October, the Bizarro-presented event takes full advantage of Sydney/Eora's Labour Day long weekend to deliver what shapes up as one of the most exciting single-day electronic music events on the Australian calendar. Headlining are Barry Can't Swim (DJ), Interplanetary Criminal and Richie Hawtin, three titans who collectively represent the breadth and depth of contemporary electronic music.

Filling out the Mode Festival 2026 lineup is a remarkable international and local cast. Avalon Emerson, Ben UFO, Call Super, Ash Lauryn, Ogazón, Ron Trent, Storm Mollison, Two Shell, GiGi FM, D. Dan, Freddy K, Hasvat Informant, Memphis LK, Mikalah Watego, Ned Bennett, SWIM, TWIENA and Bella Claxton all feature, bringing an exceptional range of house, techno, UKG and experimental club sounds to the island's iconic stages. Set to take over Sydney’s Cockatoo Island on Saturday, 11th October, this year’s event will again blend scenic surrounds with a forward-thinking curation of electronic music talent.

Leading the bill are acclaimed acts like Four Tet, Floating Points (Live A/V), KiNK (Live), and Skee Mask, all delivering high-calibre performances across immersive stages. Attendees can now see exactly when and where each artist will play, with set times released via the official festival channels.
