BE Social Fest 2025 has announced a last-minute change to its lineup, with French electronic artist Petit Biscuit pulling out of the event due to ongoing health concerns. Originally scheduled to perform in Cairns on the weekend of 24th – 25th October, Petit Biscuit has now officially cancelled his Australian tour, including his appearance at BE Social.

In a heartfelt message shared with fans, Petit Biscuit said: “Thank you to everyone who bought tickets and planned to come see me on this tour. Your support means the world to me. Unfortunately, due to health concerns, I have to cancel the Australian tour. I’m truly sorry and I promise I’ll be back as soon as I can. I can’t wait to see you all then.”

While fans will no doubt be disappointed, organisers have acted quickly to keep the energy high—Yolanda Be Cool has now joined the 2025 lineup. The ARIA-winning duo, best known for their global hit We No Speak Americano, will bring their sun-soaked, groove-heavy set to the Cairns Showgrounds in October.

Yolanda Be Cool joins a stacked lineup that already includes Matt Corby, Bliss N Eso, Baauer, Ruby Fields, Boo Seeka, Karnivool, and Shockone. With festival season heating up in tropical North Queensland, BE Social Fest 2025 is still set to deliver an unforgettable weekend of music and community.
