For the first time in over a decade, large-scale live music is returning to Perth’s iconic Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre with the launch of a brand-new two-day event — the Scarborough Beach Weekender. Set across Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th March, 2026, the festival will bring together sunset vibes, live music and WA coastal culture in one unforgettable weekend.
Presented by Palace J Entertainment, the Weekender is a celebration of Scarborough’s laid-back energy, with a lineup built to match. Saturday’s headline slot belongs to Aotearoa superstars L.A.B, delivering their signature blend of reggae, funk and soul. They’ll be joined by local legends Coterie, groove-driven Corrella, roots-pop favourite Saritah, and rising act Finn Alexander & The Forever Party.
Sunday’s spotlight shifts to iconic multi-instrumentalist Xavier Rudd, whose spiritual live shows have made him a staple of the Australian festival scene. Also taking the stage are folk-pop star Tia Gostelow, surf-rock outfit Caravãna Sun, Thornbird (the new solo project from The Waifs’ Vikki Thorn), and festival favourites Sons of the East.

General admission tickets are priced at $99 per day or $199 for weekend passes, with underage access available on Sunday. VIP Sunset Lounge upgrades offer premium perks, including exclusive seating, a private bar, and priority entry. Presale opens Tuesday, 16th December, followed by general on-sale Thursday, 17th December.
