Strummingbird has unveiled its 2026 lineup, and it is an absolute statement of intent. As one of the most anticipated Australian country music festivals of 2026, Strummingbird sees Post Malone top the bill for the sophomore edition of Australia's breakout country and roots festival, leading a stacked cast that includes multi-platinum American country star Bailey Zimmerman, North Carolina's Cooper Alan, LA-based Stella Lefty, and Texan outfit Dexter and the Moonrocks. The full lineup also features Brad Cox, Cam, Cigarettes @ Sunset, Kaitlin Butts, Noah Rinker, Sydney's Sons of the East, Briana Dinsdale, Mack Geiger, Max Jackson, Sara Berki, Late Night Riot with Willie Pake, and line dancing with Maddison Glover, among many more.
Post Malone arrives off the back of his Grammy-nominated country record F-1 Trillion, a Nashville-style project that united icons including Dolly Parton, Tim McGraw, Chris Stapleton, and Lainey Wilson, and earned him a new wave of country fans worldwide. Bailey Zimmerman, whose debut Religiously. The Album. went viral on hits like "Fall In Love" and "Rock and a Hard Place", brings his gritty breakout energy to the fold, while Cooper Alan rounds out the top tier with his signature blend of reflective storytelling and genre-bending anthems. Cam, who co-wrote tracks on Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter, adds further star power to a remarkably deep bill.
Created by Kicks Entertainment, the team behind Spilt Milk, Strummingbird debuted in 2025 with sold-out crowds and a headline lineup featuring Jelly Roll and Shaboozey. This year's touring festival adds Victoria to its map for the very first time, with the 2026 run opening at a brand new Ballarat location on Saturday, 10th October, before heading to Newcastle on Saturday, 17th October, and wrapping up on the Sunshine Coast on Sunday, 18th October. Each city also boasts an exclusive local artist: Lewis Love in Ballarat, Loren Ryan in Newcastle, and Sammy White on the Sunshine Coast.

Beyond the music, Strummingbird 2026 will again feature the beloved Silver Spur Saloon, country-inspired markets, and a range of pop-up experiences designed to celebrate the spirit of regional Australia. Presale tickets go on sale Wednesday, 13th May, with general tickets following Thursday, 14th May via Moshtix. Fans can sign up for the presale to access the lowest-priced tickets or lock in their spot ahead of the general on-sale.
