Tasmanian festival fans, the wait is over. Great Escape Festival has officially unveiled its lineup for the 2026-27 edition, and it is shaping up to be the biggest New Year's Eve celebration the Apple Isle has seen yet. Headlining the seventh instalment of the beloved end-of-year gathering is none other than Ocean Alley, joined by a stellar cast including Ball Park Music, Lastlings, Mallrat, Miss Kaninna, Old Mervs, Partiboi69 and Sam Alfred.

Countdown duties for New Year's Eve will be handled by Golden Features, who will deliver a special DJ set to usher in 2027. The celebrations don't stop there, with Darcie Haven, Juicy Romance, Memphis LK, RAGEFLOWER, Ra Ra Viper, Sumner (DJ set) and The Tullamarines all confirmed to perform across the four-day event running from 29th December, 2026 to 1st January, 2027.

Great Escape is also championing emerging Australian talent, with Abby Wallace, Bonsai, Glass Media, Mel Blue, TAYE and WERMS among the fresh faces set to grace the stages at Redbanks, on paredarerme pungenna country, in Nugent, Tasmania. A presale kicks off 1st September, with general tickets on sale from 8am AEST on 4th September.
