As of 12th June, all posts have vanished from the festival’s Instagram, replaced with a new bio urging fans to “SIGN UP FOR LISTEN OUT ’25 👀”.

To further fuel speculation, the festival shared a short Instagram Story clip featuring a payphone ringing and a sticker of the Brazilian flag, leading fans to wonder if international artists or a Brazilian theme might be part of this year’s plans. A sign-up link was also included, suggesting that official announcements may be just around the corner.

Last year’s Listen Out took place across September and October, delivering major Australian debuts from global names like 21 Savage, Teezo Touchdown and Jessie Reyez, alongside local and international favourites including John Summit, Skepta and The Blessed Madonna. The 2024 edition marked a confident return amid a challenging time for the local festival scene.
