Bondi Beach to Host Brand New NYE Event in 2025

New Year’s Eve celebrations are returning to Bondi Beach for the first time in more than a decade, promising a reinvigorated beachfront experience like no other. Event producers Fuzzy, known for iconic Australian festivals like Field Day, Harbourlife and Listen Out, have secured the green light to deliver a world-class, limited-capacity party on 31st December, 2025.

While full details are still under wraps, organisers are teasing a high-calibre event that pairs international energy with a local Bondi flair. Fuzzy’s return to Bondi Beach comes with deep roots, having previously brought massive New Year’s Eve parties to the location over a decade ago. The revival marks a significant moment in Sydney’s festival legacy, offering a unique alternative to the city’s typical NYE hotspots.

In addition to the ticketed 18+ event, a free family-friendly celebration is also planned for the local community, complete with food trucks, entertainment and a 9pm fireworks display. Registrations will be essential for access to this all-ages zone.

With strong backing from Waverley Council and promises of community engagement, local talent and charity partnerships, Bondi Beach NYE 2025 is poised to become a major new fixture on Sydney’s annual event calendar.
