Bluesfest, the iconic Byron Bay music festival, has revealed the first 20 artists set to perform at its final edition in 2025. As the festival prepares to close its doors after 36 years, the lineup reflects a blend of legendary acts and fresh talent, ensuring a memorable farewell. Headlining the event is Crowded House, who are returning to the stage after the success of their recent album, Gravity Stairs.
Joining them is Australian singer-songwriter Vance Joy, known for his hits “Riptide” and “Lay It on Me,” along with festival favorites Ocean Alley and pop sensation Tones and I. The lineup also features international stars like genre-blending guitarist Gary Clark Jr., soulful English singer Rag’n’Bone Man, and rising country artist Brad Cox.
Bluesfest’s final edition promises exclusive performances from artists such as Here Come the Mummies, Taj Farrant, The California Honeydrops, and Cimafunk, adding to the festival’s legacy of unforgettable live shows.
Scheduled for April 17th-20th, 2025, at Byron Events Farm, the festival is set to be an extraordinary celebration of music and community. Bluesfest director Peter Noble expressed his gratitude for the support and excitement surrounding the festival’s finale, promising more lineup announcements soon.
