Blake.08 Drops New Single, Announces Debut Album and 2025 Australian Tour

Blake.08 is stepping into the spotlight with force in 2025. The Sydney-based producer has just released his hypnotic new single Bass In The Area featuring Brazilian duo Claxy, alongside the announcement of his debut album From Sydney With Love—out 22nd August via Anjunadeep. Adding to the excitement, Blake.08 has also unveiled his first Australian headline tour, running from late August through September.
The new single delivers a deep, funk-driven breakbeat groove paired with Portuguese vocals from Claxy’s Clara Valentine and Gui Gautreaux. It's a sharp, minimalist cut that highlights Blake’s signature sound—emotionally rich, rhythm-focused, and purpose-built for dance floors. “The groove is driven by that funky bassline—everything sonically orbits around it,” he shares.
From Sydney With Love is a 13-track album crafted entirely in Blake’s home studio, translating over 15 years of personal evolution into warm, immersive electronica. The record serves as a sonic love letter to Sydney, reflecting the people, culture and spaces that shaped his journey from early dubstep experiments to global acclaim under the Anjunadeep banner.
To celebrate, Blake.08 will bring From Sydney With Love to stages across the country this spring. The national tour begins on 31st August in Falls Creek and continues through September with shows in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast—plus more dates to be announced.
