ortland, Maine is set to welcome a brand-new music and arts festival this summer as the Back Cove Music & Arts Festival debuts at Payson Park on August 2-3, 2025. The festival’s inaugural lineup is led by Jack White, André 3000, and Lord Huron, alongside an eclectic mix of artists spanning folk, indie, soul, and rock.
On Saturday, Lord Huron and André 3000 will headline a day packed with performances from Thee Sacred Souls, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Griffin William Sherry, Cimafunk, Sarah Kinsley, and more. Sunday’s lineup features Jack White, Turnpike Troubadours, Lucy Dacus, Margo Price, Ripe, and others, ensuring a diverse weekend of live music.
Presented by GoodWorks and Shore Sound Entertainment, the festival aims to highlight Portland’s vibrant arts, food, and craft beer scenes. “Portland is home to an incredible community of creatives, and we’re excited to showcase its culture through Back Cove,” festival organizers Jordan Wolowitz and Tyler Grill shared in a statement.
Local presale tickets are available now through March 5, with general on-sale beginning March 6 at noon ET.
