BIGSOUND 2025 Reveals Massive Artist Lineup

Australia’s biggest music discovery event, BIGSOUND, has unveiled its 2025 artist lineup—bringing more than 120 acts to Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley from 2nd to 5th September. Known for launching the next wave of Australian and international talent, this year’s program once again spans every genre, with performances across 18 stages and four jam-packed days of live music and industry insights.

The 2025 lineup is led by soul-R&B standout Kaiit, whose rich vocals and genre-fluid energy have captivated fans nationwide, and Wafia, returning with material from her debut album Promise Land. Joining them is rising Perth hip hop artist Inkabee, Sydney indie songwriter Azure Ryder, and fan favourites like Hatchie, The Southern River Band, Polish Club and Mannequin Death Squad.

Festival programmers Katie Rynne and Casey O’Shaughnessy described curating this year’s showcase as a celebration of the country’s musical depth and diversity, highlighting the incredible response and calibre of submissions. With artists representing every corner of Australia and beyond, BIGSOUND 2025 is shaping up to be one of its most dynamic editions yet.
