AURA Festival has announced that its highly anticipated 2025 edition, originally set to take place from October 31 to November 4 at Our Friend’s Farm in Tallarook, VIC, will now be postponed to 2026. The decision comes as the festival’s current venue shifts its focus toward family-friendly events, making it impossible for AURA to fully realize its vision of late-night dancing and an expanded space for its growing community.

Organisers Mitch & Alex shared the news with fans, expressing their heartbreak over the delay but emphasizing that the move was necessary to maintain the high standards of the event. Despite efforts to relocate for 2025, securing the right permits and ensuring a seamless experience in time was not feasible.

Rather than compromise on the festival’s experience, the team has chosen to take extra time to find a new home—one that will allow AURA to return bigger, later, and harder than ever.

All existing tickets will automatically roll over to 2026, and those who hold onto them will receive 12 months of free entry to DG events. Refunds are also available via Eventbrite for those who prefer.
