AURA Festival Bulgaria Announces 2026 Lineup and New Location Banner

AURA Festival will return to Bulgaria in 2026 for its most ambitious edition yet, taking place from 19th to 21st June at the newly expanded Sofia Airport Park. The three-night electronic music festival has revealed its genre-spanning lineup and a major site upgrade that includes extended hours, immersive production and a fresh chapter in its ongoing conceptual narrative.

The 2026 theme, “Temple of EOS”, continues AURA’s multi-year story world—this time exploring light, reflection and transformation. Each night will unfold as a unique chapter across multiple stages, showcasing large-scale visual installations, stage architecture, and sunrise sets running until 6:00am. The move to Sofia Airport Park eliminates the previous 23:00 curfew, allowing for a full overnight experience.

Headliners for this year include trance titan Armin van Buuren, melodic house icon ALOK, and festival heavyweight Dimitri Vegas. Italy’s 999999999 and Japan’s Yousuke Yukimatsu bring high-intensity techno and experimental energy, while Mahmut Orhan, Topic, Jesabel and BIIA contribute a broader melodic and progressive sound. Bulgarian acts including Gallya and World Up DJs also feature across the weekend.

With Bulgaria’s adoption of the euro in 2026, travel has become more seamless than ever for European visitors, adding to the festival’s appeal. Combining world-class music, a powerful conceptual backdrop, and an upgraded venue with longer hours, AURA Festival 2026 is shaping up to be a landmark event on Europe’s summer calendar.
